1. All are welcome to contribute their views and opinions on this forum without being discriminated against.
2. This forum is "By Kashmiris" "For Kashmiris" and will always support a Pro-Kashmir viewpoint in our presentation and dissemination of information.
3. The information on this forum is for benefit of Kashmiris and others outside Kashmir who wish to learn more about our country.
4. The creators of this forum support the complete Independence of Kashmir.
[b][color=blue]Responsibilites of members posting on this forum:[/color][/b]
The following rules apply to posting comments on this forum:
1. No obscene comments will be tolerated. Posting any obscene comment will result in the poster's IP address being banned.
2. No advertising of anti-Kashmir third party websites will be allowed. This includes links to any personal website or sites that propagate hatred toward another religion and Kashmiris in general or Muslims in particular.
3. Wikipedia links are not allowed to support a claim.
4. Cutting and pasting [color=red]anti-Kashmir[/color] opinion articles from other sites is not allowed. However, members may post analyses of those artilces in their own words and post them.
5. All comments have to be posted in a neutral tone with emphasis on exchange of information.
6. Continual personal attacks and comments that are meant to arouse emotions rather than contribute to a discussion will be removed.

1. All members have a right to voice their opinion on this forum if the comment adheres to the above set of rules.
2. If a comment is deleted by a moderator, a member has a right to know the reason why it was deleted.
3. Members have a right to post their views without being subjected to personal attacks.
4. Members have a right to ask another poster to cite sources. If the poster fails to back up their claim, other members may ask for a vote to have a particular offending comment deleted from the forum to preserve the forum's integrity. If the majority of the members agree on deleting the offending comment, that comment will be deleted for lack of reliable sources to back it.
